Grazing Hill Road in Shingle Springs

When we began this project the homeowners' main complaint was that their garage was the most prominent part of their home, hiding a welcoming front entry. We reconfigured the space and traffic flow with an angled garage and breezeway, opening up the entry area. In addition, the property had spectacular views so we arranged for windows and outdoor living areas to capture the views throughout the home. Open spaces, comfortable retreat areas, and natural light are all features the family now enjoys in their newly remodeled home.
